The Annual Royal College Fitness Run (formerly known as the Road Race), held in accordance with the Inter-House Athletics Meet, for the year 2016 will take place on the 14th of February, commencing at 6.30 am. The routes for each respective age group are displayed on the school notice boards.

The participants may obtain their Electrocardiogram Report (ECG) at the Interactive White Board Room on the following dates:

• Grades 6, 7, 8 – 03rd February.
• Grades 9, 10, 11 – 05th February.
• Grades 12, 13 – 08th February.

IMPORTANT :

All participants must record their parents’ consent in their Student’s Record Book (SRB).

All participants must complete the medical examination which will take place on the 9th, 10th and 11th February. The ECG report and and the SRB stating the parents’ consent must be produced to the medical officers at this examination.

It is strictly noted that if any student fails to comply with any of the above, he will not be allowed to take part.
