1. All prize winners should be present at the Navarangahala before 1.45 pm on 10.07.2014
2. In order to prove your identity, it is compulsory for the present students to produce the College Identity Card or Student Record Book, and the Prize Winners who are not attending school to produce the National Identity Card
3. All prize winners should groom themselves with a decent hair cut, and the beard and mustache well shaved.

Dress

1. The prize winners who are studying in the classes below grade 9 should wear a long sleeved white shirt, white shorts, black shoes, white socks and College tie.
2. The prize winners of the classes above grade 10 should wear a long sleeved white shirt , white trousers, black shoes and College tie.
3. The prize winners who are not attending College must wear a long sleeved white shirt with the College tie, black trousers and black shoes if they don’t have the College uniform. 

Any prize winner who has not followed the above instructions will not be allowed to enter the hall.
