Built by Boys in the School

The phrase “Built by boys in the school”, is inspired by The History of Royal College written by Boys in the School, a book co-authored by 20 boys in the school in 1931. The Royal College celebrates its culture of encouraging boys to take initiative. The Royal College website is a venture that signifies the continuity of this phrase.

The current version of royalcollege.lk is a result of the effort of the Royal College Prefects’ Council. The tasks of designing, developing and content collecting were shouldered entirely by the Prefects’ Council and accomplished as a zero-cost initiative. The College hopes that this project will inspire more high-calibre student-led initiatives of this nature in the future.
