This application should only be filled out by the students who sat for their G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examinations as a student of the Royal College.

1. – Only one submission is allowed to a selected stream based on the School Admission Number.
2. – All details to be filled in BLOCK LETTERS.
3. – Three subjects to be selected from the desired subject stream.
4. – Only one subject can be selected from a given subject category under a stream.
5. – Offered subject combinations solely depend on the section
6. – If you wish to select ICT instated of Chemistry please select Common Stream not Physical Science Stream. 
7. – It is must to fill both Google form and the attached PDF. Take print out of the attached PDF and fill it.
8. – it is mandatory to fill up the google form here and submit it to on or before 31st of May 2024 at 12.00p.m to AL Physics Lab. Hard Copy of the application Application forms will not be accepted  after that.
