Founded in 1976 the General Knowledge Club seeks to enhance the general knowledge of the student populous and aims to popularize quizzing as a cerebral pastime. The Club is widely renowned as one of the premier competitors within the Sri Lankan Quizzing arena with a record of consistently bringing glory to the College.
