The Dancing Society of Royal College was formed in the year 2000. With the pioneering work of Mrs. Trishila Dissanayaka, the Dancing Society was able to start off as a student organization. For the first time in the Royal College’s history a ‘Wes Mangalya’ was done in the year 2005 under the guidance of Mr. Sanath Abeykoon. ‘Thathjith Soul Expressions’ is the main project organized by the Dancing Society of Royal College. The goal of the society is to experiment within the world of dance to find new methods and improve.
