The origins of the English Debaters’ Council predate the beginnings of the College Big Match with the implementation of the Big Debate. The Debaters’ Council is a representative Club and takes pride in bringing glory to College in tournaments held across the country. Ultimately the Club seeks to focus on locating and harnessing talent in English Debating and dialogue within the student body.
