The Royal College Computer Society was founded in 1982 by Mr. W.A. Wickramasena, and was the first school level Information Society in Sri Lanka. Since then the RCCS has played a prominent role in inspiring innovation among Royalists. Further, the RCCS has continuously been an ever present figure in all major ICT events both within school and across the country.
