The Police Cadet Wing of Royal College has proven itself as one of the most reputed Police Cadet Platoons in Sri Lanka. Founded in 2018, the Police Cadet Wing has participated in the annual Hermann Loos Championship Trophy camp, which selects the best-performing cadet platoon from boys’ schools.

In 2023, our cadet platoon secured 1st place in the battalion selection camp and was selected to participate in the IGP Challenge Trophy.

In 2024, the Police Cadet Platoon once again secured 1st place in the battalion selection camp and became one of the top 10 police cadet platoons in Sri Lanka, upholding the name of Royal College.
